
VINYASA FLOW...
Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement and is a fast paced, or aerobic, type of Yoga, with an emphasis on breathing. A practice typically starts with sun salutations and moves on to more intense stretching. Throughout the practice each pose is balanced with a counter pose.
BEGINNERS...
A slower paced vinyasa flow class teaching pose breakdown, enabling the student to learn the breath, pose names and pose alignment.
BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE...
A moderately paced vinyasa flow class, completely accessible to brand new students, incorporating pose modifications enabling the student to learn the breath, pose names and pose alignment. A nice class for continuing students to build strength and flexibility.
ALL LEVELS...
Modifications and amplifications make this upbeat vinyasa flow class easily accessible to everyone who knows the basics.

PLEASE REMEMBER...
To wear comfortable clothing; bring your mat, a water bottle and a towel
The studio is heated. It may take you several visits to become acclimated to the heat. You will sweat. Be prepared to slow down and rest if you are not accustomed to practicing in a hot studio. The hot temperature helps to loosen muscles. Due to the high temperature most
people sweat a lot during the class and this helps to cleanse the body of
toxins.
Begin to hydrate yourself 1-2 hours before class and drink plenty of water after class.
